R&D HTML5 Developer

Description

Gameloft, a leading international publisher and developer of video games is looking for a skilled web developer to research bringing our high-quality 2D games to HTML5. This upcoming technology looks very promising but we also have very high standards for graphics and sound quality, as well as performance. This individual would work closely with our talented game creation teams in order to try to achieve the same level of quality for the web. We are looking for someone that has experience with multimedia on the web, ideally games.
Job Description:
• Research HTML5 capabilities for game development
• Research existing HTML5 games
• Review our current 2D titles to research how they could be adapted for the web
• Research tools to ease conversion of existing C++/JAVA games to HTML5
