Admissions Advisor

Description

Responsible for exceeding financial targets for both the classroom and mentored training courses in the Americas.

Achieve financial targets as set out in the budget for classroom and mentored courses within the Americas.

Work with the CEO and other members of staff to deliver the premier CG training facility in the Americas.

Continue to review and improve sales processes and pipelines.
Ensure that the marketing activity is driven by the requirements of the sales team.

In conjunction with marketing, develop a long term strategy for each course to achieve student numbers and the financial targets contained in the business plan.

In conjunction with the Training Development Director and local instructors identify future classroom, mentored and course development opportunities.

One-to-one contact with customers through telephone, face-to-face meetings and online tours to advise on course selection and close sales.

Presentation of the training offering at internal and external open days, graduate shows and other student and industry events.
Generating opportunities from direct contact with leads from internal databases as well as identifying new sources for lead generation.
