Technical Program Manager will be directly involved in overseeing infrastructure planning, design, and development for both HQ and production data communication network and system projects. This person will work closely with internal departments to assess business needs, and from these collect and document functional and technical requirements. The Technical Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
• Drive technical cross functional project plans including, but not limited to; gathering and documenting requirements and technical system specifications, creating statements of work (SOW), work breakdown structures (WBS) / project plans, communications plans, maintenance schedules, and budget (earned value) management.
• This person will be responsible for managing high-capacity infrastructure projects to drive a high performance, highly available 24/7 online gaming service infrastructure supporting network L2/L3, storage (including fiber channel), security/firewalls and overall Telecom practices.
• Work with stakeholders to manage and communicate detailed technical project schedules including cross functional deliverables, action items, issues, risks, and quality management of deliverables.
• Acknowledge systems architecture issues, including platform data usage/needs and other infrastructure challenges.
• Ensure that systems and network architecture and technology decisions are consistent with corporate strategies and future expectations.
