Inhance Digital Corporation is a fast growing interactive and digital animation agency with a stellar client roster inclusive of several Fortune 500 companies. We are currently accepting resumes from qualified applicants for the position of Technical and Trade Show Support. Applicants must be experienced in the setup, operation, trouble shooting and integration of multiple technologies including audio, video, network, IT and computer systems. This position will involve substantial domestic travel as well some international travel at times. Your ability and willingness be flexible with your schedule and to travel is a MUST. Only candidates from the greater metro Los Angeles area will be considered. This is not an IT job and it is not an A/V gig however, the position requires a broad general knowledge of both fields. Qualified individuals should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a firm understanding of the practices and principles behind the following; Internet & Computing Technologies Configure, load and test workstations (PC and Mac). Install / replace hard drives & video cards etc. Configure routers firewalls and Wi-Fi gateways. Verify network, peripherals (such as Badge and ID scanners) and system operability. Connect and test various displays, touch screens and projectors etc. Troubleshoot, identify and / or repair faults. Support IT department as needed. Audio & Video Systems As a cutting edge technology company, we work with many different technologies including video projection, LCD and plasma displays, video walls, touch-screens and emerging technologies. You should be familiar with SDI, DVI, VGA, RGB, HDMI, component, composite and display port video formats, signal distribution, amplification and termination as well as audio / video over Ethernet. An understanding of the integration, setup and operation of various types of audio equipment is also required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Setup, test, inventory and pack systems for transport to customers and trade shows. • Check-in and inventory inbound systems and assets, note discrepancies and return to stock. • Maintain and service rental and company hardware. • Travel, setup, maintain and provide system / client trade-show support. • Assist in the assembly, installation and testing of complex, multi-platform systems. • Support in-house systems, technologies and co-workers tech as needed.
