MARKETING ASSISTANT - 2K GAMES

SUMMARY

Provide overall support to 2K Marketing team. Role will include a wide variety of responsibilities including acting as liaison to other departments and teams, managing the 2K marketing presence at sales and consumer shows, coordinating travel and expenses for execs and coordination and note taking at meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

§  Work with marketing managers and finance to manage purchase orders (creation, approvals, logging) for marketing department and assist product managers with budget tracking.

§  Work with event team to coordinate 2K presence at sales shows – includes coordinating travel, getting materials produced, managing assets and approvals.

§  Coordinate meetings and circulate notes.

§  Support team execs as needed with coordination of travel and expense reports.
