Multimedia Project Manager

Description

SYNOPSIS

SHL, the CEB Talent Measurement Solution, is the leading global provider of psychometrics and consulting solutions.  The Simulations, Animation, and Multimedia (SAM) team plays a pivotal role in the ongoing delivery of client solutions through a range of standard and custom multimedia service offerings, including video, animation, and interactive technologies.  These solutions enable our clients to evaluate candidates for hiring, promotion, and/or training purposes in an engaging format.

The Multimedia Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of large-scale, complex multimedia-based projects and for developing project management capabilities within the SAM team.  The primary focus will be on projects in the Americas, but opportunities for managing projects outside the Americas are likely.

Internally, the consultant will be required to establish effective relationships with:

  • Vendors/Suppliers and Independent Contractors – to ensure the successful scoping, pricing, and delivery of multimedia projects.
  • SHL Professional Services teams - to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our projects to clients.
  • SHL Sales teams – to work with the appropriate Account Manager for each project to ensure successful delivery and interaction with the client.
  • SHL and Client Technology teams – to ensure the IT components of client projects are properly scoped out and delivered.

Externally, the Multimedia Project Manager will be responsible for representing SHL effectively to both clients and suppliers/contractors.  A significant portion of the multimedia work completed will be outsourced to suppliers all over the world (mainly UK and US), thus the ability to manage suppliers/contractors is critical to effective performance.
