We innovate and deliver the tools artists use daily to create celebrated animated feature films such as 'Tangled' and 'Wreck-it Ralph'. Applications for image/video-clip management, production tracking, personnel assignments, and document management are among the range of web programs we provide.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with the proven ability to deliver not just timely and relevant functionality, but also user experiences that are intuitive and efficient. The Senior Software Engineer should have a keen business sense and possess the analytic experience to deconstruct and improve processes through technology.

The right candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision in a highly collaborative environment, producing sustainable, documented code with appropriate unit tests. He or she must be comfortable supporting the team with fresh insights for shared problem solving. Also critical to success in this role is an aptitude for working with technical and nontechnical end users to understand their workflows, requirements and pain points. Experience in data collection, data mining or business analysis is recommended.
