Canon Information & Imaging Solutions, Inc. was recently established as wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc. 

The mission of Canon Information & Imaging Solutions, Inc. is to accelerate Canon’s overall solutions and services business by leveraging its strong portfolio of imaging technology to realize new business opportunities. Canon USA’s existing professional services business, which is centered primarily around document related solutions – such as imaging, output management, document management, Records Management – was transferred into Canon Information & Imaging Solutions, Inc. giving it a solid foundation and initial focus in the area of Business Process Optimization. As the marketplace for document solutions continues to evolve into IT services, CIIS will expand its portfolio. Additionally, the new company will commercialize emerging technology currently under development in the area of cloud computing, medical imaging, advance display technology, and mixed reality. To realize the market potential of this emerging technology, Canon Information & Imaging Solutions, Inc. is forming new partnerships and establishing new channels of distribution.

This is a home-based position with a territory in the midwest US.

The Solutions Account Executive Identifies new customers (cold calling) and cultivates a strong relationship with various individuals across functional departments and ranging from executive management to working level. 
  • Develops a keen understanding of the customers’ business operations particularly as it relates to workflow/business processes and IT infrastructure.
  • Consults with customers and recommends solutions utilizing understanding of customer specific requirements.
  • Influences various stakeholders among the prospective customer and conveys specific benefits depending upon their role.
  • Negotiates agreements for the sale of software and/or associated professional services. 
  • Maintains close relationship with existing clients to both facilitate renewal sales as well as identify further sales opportunities for additional offerings.
  • Creates specific targeted sales plans for territory and account base and reports to upper management on regular basis.
