Description
We are actively seeking an ambitious Producer to join our team to partner and drive the next generation of casino games. This creative individual will lead a diverse development team to envision and guide the product from concept to release, partnering with the Project Manager on the development cycle, ensuring tasks and milestones deliver products that can achieve measurable success with our customers, internal partners, and players globally.
Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for driving innovation and exercises creativity as it pertains to making quality games that are profitable for the company.
• Directly drives and champions the creative process of the concept or game from blue sky to release
• Accountable for operating within timelines and budgets, but the creative process at times may drive changes.
• Oversee projects / processes / workflows that typically impact multiple internal clients and many external customers
• Define, partner, and synchronize with Project Management on development schedules and product roadmaps
• Align with other Producers and cross functional teams who perform similar or related tasks
• Develop new game concepts and based on intellectual property and also drive creation of new intellectual property.
• Collaborate with other creative teams to generate new game concepts, story boards, and prototypes.
• Work with Game Designers on the creative vision for games including playability, fun factor and unique features
• Works with Engineers to create workable prototypes.
• Responsible for ensuring final product aligns with initial vision and objective to ensure game fits target market or demographic.
• Leads product reviews from a creative perspective.
· Presents ideas and concepts to Business owners to be considered for annual product plans.
· Tactically navigate decisions between the look and feel, game play, technological limitations, schedule, and feature ROI
· Operates as efficiently as possible and recommends improvements of the overall production process.
