Senior Post Producer

Radar Studios is a Chicago-based "All-in-One" shop that is artist driven.  RADAR is host to a team of live action directors, Creative Directors, Editors, 2D / 3D artists, Nuke artists and Producers.  We primarily produce commercial work, but also do music video and some longer format as well. Our favorite projects are start to finish, where we help the agency develop the creative and we see the project from concepting through live action, and the entire post process.

We are searching for a Senior Post Producer to join our team.  This is a position that will work with our Creative Directors and Executive Producer to run a post department of 20 people.  We are looking for a candidate that has strong producing skills and has a background in visual effects.

RADAR is fast paced and growing.  We continue to hire additional team members and are in the midst of expanding our studio space.  We love to work hard and have a great time doing it.

Primary duties will include:

•  Agency contact throughout duration of projects
•  Overseeing multiple projects at once, throughout the entire post production process.
•  Management of both production & artist teams and resource allocation based on project and studio needs.
•  Working directly with our Creative Directors to create and manage workflows on projects
•  Working hand in hand with our EP to create estimates and schedules
