DEFENSE DEVELOPER RELATIONS MANAGER

DEFENSE DEVELOPER RELATIONS MANAGER #1635869 NVIDIA is seeking an experienced developer relations manager with a proven track record of working with Independent Software Vendors (ISV) in the US Defense market. This full-time position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA product marketing, solution architects, business development managers and applied engineering to drive business growth for the company through increasing the number of software developers writing GPU-enabled solutions. The role requires a strong knowledge of the GIS community and experience working with government contractors and federal agencies. You must have the ability to shift easily from working with C-level executives and government program managers to engineers both inside and outside the company. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Developer Relations manager works with both business and technical teams to ensure close interlock between NVIDIA and the ISV. - Responsibilities will also include identifying the key technology providers, developing business contacts with developers and assisting developers in delivering GPU-enabled solutions. - You will be responsible for all aspects of developing, demand creation, co-selling, forecasting, sales management, training and educating ISVs and partners. - Build key accounts into strategic partners, and drive sustaining business - Work closely with OEM, SW, and research partners to build and execute go-to-market plans to accelerate growth and adoption of the Tesla and GRID product family within your defined vertical - Grow revenue and market share for NVIDIA Tesla and GRID products in the federal sector - Be the key point of contact and relationship owner for a defined set of agencies and surrounding ecosystem - Define, drive and communicate strategy for products and features to relevant ISVs in the Defense segment for both Tesla and GRID Business Units - Evangelize the use of NVIDIA products and technologies to customers and partners - Ability to travel as much as 50% of the time MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus - 10 years in the HPC market - Direct experience working with ISVs in the GIS and Federal market - Proven record of exceeding goals and objectives - A history of implementing successful long term technology partnerships - Strong analytical skills, including the ability to do market assessments and make market driven recommendations - Contract negotiation and vendor management experience within the US federal government landscape - Must have excellent communication skills and be self-driven to work with minimal direction DESIREABLE SKILLS - Specialty skills in HPC, large scale and cluster computing - Must have an understanding of Virtualization technology - Location in the Virginia, Maryland, or Bay Area is strongly preferred - Previous or current Security Clearance
