SR. ALLIANCE MANAGER - GRID #1654606 As the market leader in professional graphics solutions, NVIDIA is seeking an Alliance Manager that can help us grow our technologies into the virtualized and cloud desktop spaces. As the GRID Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the go-to-market relationship with our hypervisor partners, including product definition and development, customer programs, sales team alignment, and marketing activities and events. Successful candidates will be able to move and adapt quickly to changing needs, manage multiple partnerships, engage at all executive levels both inside NVIDIA and with partners, and have a proven track record of aligning strategies between companies. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Key alignment point between NVIDIA GRID product line and external partners. Own the relationship from all aspects of product development and marketing - Develop successful products by driving both NVIDIA product design and partner products that include our technologies - Align partner marketing and sales forces (both direct and channel) with NVIDIA sales and marketing plans and those of our ISVs and server OEMs - Create and manage go-to-market programs with partners. Develop marketing plans and budgets with our regional and sales teams, OEM and ISV teams, and virtualization partners - Manage participation with partner events for maximum visibility of our solutions MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Technical degree preferred, MBA or relevant advanced degree highly desirable. - At least 10 years of experience as a leader of cross-functional teams, ideally in alliance management and marketing - 3+ years of experience in the enterprise SaaS, virtualization, or VDI market. - Deep understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware/Citrix/Microsoft) - Knowledge of software and hardware business models - Strong analytical, marketing and project management skills - a drive for results and a history of successful execution on projects. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Passion to evangelize disruptive new technologies and demonstrates strong analytical and strategic thinking skills along with the ability to translate those skills into creative marketable solutions. - Ability to travel up to 50% DESIRED: - History of working with virtualization partner companies, either inside or as an alliance manager EOE
