As a Texture Artist (m/f) you will be tasked with creating high-quality, high-resolution (hand-painted) textures and will support our 3D department. We are looking for someone with a convincing portfolio and some experience as a texture artist.

Your Job:

• Create high-quality hand-painted and photo-realistic textures
• Find your own visual style and develop our styles coherently
• Support the 3D art team in technical matters
• Collaborate closely with our design, technology and art teams

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in graphic design or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience as a texture artist, preferably in the gaming industry
• Extensive experience and passion for texturing assets in great detail (UV unwrapping)
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Autodesk Maya
• Initial experience with ZBrush or Mudbox and After Effects would be advantageous
• A very good sense of shape, perspective, proportion and anatomy
• Very good written and spoken English
• A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
