As our Senior Usability Manager (m/f) you will be expected to be at one with the principle of simplicity. You will identify usability weaknesses and run qualitative tests in our in-house laboratory.

Your job:

• Take responsibility for carrying out qualitative studies and performing tests in our in-house usability laboratory
• Evaluate and process test results
• Identify usability weaknesses
• Develop optimization measures in collaboration with our marketing department
• Test implemented measures using quantitative and qualitative processes

Your profile:

• A completed degree in media informatics, psychology, digital media, economic sciences, interface/interaction design or similar
• Several years’ professional experience in user experience design, usability, qualitative testing and/or conversion optimization
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring KPIs using tracking technologies, user experience testing and website testing
• Outstanding analytical skills and a quick mind
• Extremely enthusiastic about the internet and ideally also about gaming
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
