We are currently looking for a Lead First Game Session (m/f)

As our Lead First Game Session (m/f) you will manage and develop your team. You will work closely with our products and will be responsible for designing and analyzing the tutorial. You will also supervise prototype and usability tests in our own usability lab. Your team will work on all our games, and you will be responsible for coordinating optimization measures while working closely with our game product and project managers and our analysis and usability departments.

Your job:

  • Manage and develop your team in both technical and personnel matters
  • Carry out detailed analysis to evaluate our players’ “first session” in our games with the aid of our tracking technologies
  • Identify weaknesses to do with loading processes, usability and gameflow
  • Design and work on prototypes for the tutorials in our games
  • Independently develop strategies, ideas, and optimization measures in collaboration with our Head of Conversion

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed degree (digital media, media IT, economic sciences, psychology, marketing or similar)
  • Several years’ professional experience in testing, usability and user experience
  • Experience in managing and developing a team
  • Extensive knowledge of various qualitative and quantitative testing methods and enthusiastic about working with numbers
  • Enthusiastic about the internet and gaming, with outstanding analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
