Junior Payment Manager (m/f)

As a Junior Payment Manager (m/f) you will be responsible for the payment system of our online games and for dealing with fraudulent payment transactions. You will also manage our relationships with payment providers and carry out screening of secure payment methods.

Your Job:

  • Manage the portfolio of our payment system (data maintenance)
  • Manage our relationships with online payment providers
  • Research new online payment systems and provide initial estimates of their security and applicability for our games
  • Work closely with our project managers and relationship managers to address and resolve problems concerning payment
  • Prevent, identify and resolve suspicious activities and fraudulent transactions and manage the related conflicts
  • Develop, optimize and document preventative measures

Your Profile:

  • Experience working with business-to-consumer (B2C) model
  • Ideally experience in the online gaming industry or with payment portals
  • Outstanding ability to think analytically and work with numbers
  • Team skills and an independent and reliable working approach
  • Good Excel skills, SQL skills are advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken German and English – other languages are an advantage
  • A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
