As a member of our Product Management - Browser Games division you will be responsible for the performance and strategy of one or several of our online games. You can start as a trainee or at junior, regular or senior level, depending on your experience in the online gaming industry.
Your Job:
- Your goal: Increase pay conversions, user lifetime and ARPPU/ARPU
- Define product strategy and feature pipeline in collaboration with the senior management. Systematic product analyses and reviews of possible measures on the basis of their suitability for monetization underpin your decisions
- Coordinate implementation of ideas with the project management and game design departments
- Monitor, scrutinize and continually optimize production processes
- Identify innovative pay-play mechanisms (market intelligence, research abroad) and coordinate the game design department during the conception of these mechanisms
Your Profile:
- Depending on your entry level, relevant experience in the online gaming industry (browser or social) and in KPI and conversion optimization
- Very good degree in IT or business
- Passionate about games
- Able to identify complex economic interrelationships and think entrepreneurially
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, while also being able to assert yourself and possibly having some experience in leading a team
- Confident and willing to make decisions
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
