production team.
Elara Systems focuses
on delivering multimedia to businesses of all sizes in the medical and
bioscience markets, as well as industrial and technology fields. We've produced
an extremely wide range of interactive and multimedia projects for companies
all over the world. 3D animation, interactive programming, trade show
collateral and cutting edge motion graphics are all available to our customers
in any combination they require.
The Position
We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer / Compositor with
expertise in After Effects and strong 3D abilities. We need a great
story-teller with solid graphic design skills and a strong artistic eye who
loves conceiving, designing and executing creative work. You will work onsite at our Sacramento, CA office
location with a team of exceptional 3D generalists, designers and account
management staff to produce visuals that are both beautiful and clinically/technically
accurate.
We maintain a
very creative and collaborative environment where you will have the creative
freedom to come up with design concepts and execute upon them. You must take direction well, collaborate
effectively with others, and be able to communicate your ideas and work. The
Senior Motion Designer will sink their teeth into a host of challenging,
complex, and creative projects.

Technical Qualifications:
Expert level
proficiency in After Effects
Experience creating
motion graphics, dynamic titles and transitions
Excellent
understanding of compositing 3D renders, zdepth, mattes, 2.5D, etc.
Working
knowledge of the latest comp plugins i.e. Trapcode Suite, Element3D, etc.
Experience
with 3D Studio Max (preferred) or other 3D package
