Petrol Advertising is a full service creative agency specializing in youth culture. We work on the top video games played around the world and have a great time doing it. Our latest campaigns include Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Destiny, Looney Tunes Dash, and WWE: Immortals.

We're seeking a passionate Environmental Artist.

This position involves developing backgrounds for story artist and production team to work off of.

This is for a 2:30 minute trailer for an upcoming mobile game. The artist will be working directly with a Creative Director to execute specific moods and styles for the client. This will be a pseudo 2d/3d animation concept with a comic book style look and feel for animation. We'll need the artist to work on fully fleshed out backgrounds to share with client and vendor. This position will receive designs from previous games for inspiration.

Qualifications include:

• 5 years of Experience in Background Design in Animation
• Traditional Illustration and Fine Arts Background
• Must draw from head
• Great understanding of Design, Scale, Lighting, Color and Perspective
• Strong Time Management 

• Must be proficient in Photoshop
