Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f) - Rendering & Cloud Computing
In Research and Development we provide expert solutions for 3D realtime visualization, asset management and immersive use cases. You will be part of the Quality Assurance department which ensures the quality of our products with a focus on 3D high-end visualization and virtual reality.
Job Responsibilities
- Work on next generation 3D rendering & distributed rendering technology for usage in workstation, HPC and cloud environments
- Strong contributor to a cross-functional Scrum team and collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders
- Verify and validate software libraries on API level
- Create automated functional, stress and performance tests
- Create test specifications and plans
- Enhance test infrastructure
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or similar specialization as well as several years of work experience in a comparable position
- Profound knowledge in Quality Assurance, ISTQB® Certification preferred
- Strong experience with real-time software, preferably 3D visualization and/or distributed environments
- In-depth knowledge of Test Automation, preferably using Python
- Background in OOP/OOD as well as adept skills in C++
- Practical work experience in a cross-functional Scrum team
- Self-reliant, solution-oriented way of working with outstanding team and communication skills
- Very good English language skills are required
- Level A2 German certificate (or higher) is preferred
