Who are we hiring?
The Brand Experience Design Manager will define how the MSG Sphere brand will be seen and experienced at every touch point along the stakeholder journey. The manager will work to unlock the brand archetype, our brand identity, and how these design elements get translated into our marketing communication. They will partner with other design managers on the team to translate our brand identity guidelines and principles into our venue guest experience and our digital journey touchpoints.
What will you do?

• Develop brand identity
• Manage translation of brand identity into marketing communications
• Translate brand identity guidelines and principles into our venue guest experience and our digital journey touchpoints
What do you need to succeed?
• 7-15 years of strong design experience working on world class brands with rock solid fundamentals in the principles of design
• Background in graphic arts, architecture, or visual design
• Strong eye for detail
• Experience at world class design driven companies or leading design firms
• Prior experience leading a team of creatives
• Expert knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
