Senior Project Manager

Description

As a Senior Project Manager at Streamline Media Group, you’ll be part of a multicultural and multidisciplinary team tackling some of the most exciting projects in the gaming and entertainment space. Your main responsibility will be to bring order to the often ambiguous and uncertain projects. You must be able to leverage production knowledge and experience to ensure that both internal teams and external partners are on the same page.

Within Streamline Media Group, you will be the interface between the creative, technical, and management teams, ensuring that there is a common language and understanding between the different internal stakeholders. You will also be working with the project managers, producers, lead artists, and art director to ensure that budget and production costs are monitored and optimized.

Requirements

  • Review client documentation and incoming projects with the lead artists, art director, and other project managers for creative technical reviews 
  • Create and maintain plans, reports, schedules, and regular updates for external partners and internal teams to ensure that status, concerns, and expectations are maintained 
  • Work with the General Manager on setting budgets and monitoring production efficiency 
  • Work closely with the team managers, General Manager, and external partners to coordinate multiple projects and ensure that they are running smoothly 
  • Build and maintain relationship with clients and external partners through conference calls, emails, and face to face meetings 
  • Identify risks that may slow down production, and work with the Project Management team, Lead Artists, and General Manager to proactively formulate solutions. 
  • Represent the company at industry events, school graduations, and other public events 
  • Participate in human resource activities such as performance reviews, hiring interviews, and onboarding of new employees for the team
