Deck Nine Games is looking for a Systems Administrator to collaborate with our external IT partners in the design, maintenance, and operation of our systems infrastructure. This position is focused on network operations and administration, supporting our IT infrastructure at our headquarters in Westminster, Colorado, as well as our internal application infrastructure on AWS.

The right candidate is self-motivated and works collaboratively with all fellow team members and partners to find solutions to IT infrastructure needs. As issues arise, the candidate works cooperatively to identify and correct the issue, ensuring progress is communicated to the team.

Job Description:

·Work with and manage external IT partners

·Coordinate management of 140-250 remote and on-site workstations

·Determine company IT needs and develop improvement plans for IT procedures and/or infrastructure

·Evaluate our current processes and implement changes as needed

·Purchase all computer and peripheral equipment

·Manage inventory of all software licenses and hardware devices

·Onboard new employees (Software setup, ship equipment, etc.)

·Must be able to lift 50 pounds in support of hardware installations

·On-Call schedule

·On site position

Requirements:

·Experience administering Windows-based systems

Desired:

·Experience with Perforce version control software

·Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

·4-5 years direct experience in IT Management

· Hands-on Technical knowledge

Salary DOE: $80,000 - $100,000 Annually
