Duties:
• Jack of All Trades – Emphasis on systems but do a bit of everything.
• Create – Design, document and finish compelling and fun gameplay ideas.
• Write – Create and maintain detailed designs, test plans and other documents.
• Implement – Follow through on ideas and see them through the production process.
• Evangelize – Steer the game's vision and help get the message to the team.
• Imagine – Come up with new and compelling game ideas.
