Marketing Coordinator

Description

Provide overall support to the Rockstar Games New York Marketing team. Serve as liaison to other internal departments and teams and manage Rockstar’s marketing presence at sales and consumer shows.

Responsibilities:

• Support Product Managers with day-to-day activities
• Maintain and update all asset approval schedules
• Manage asset delivery to international marketing offices, studios, external agencies, vendors, and promotional partners
• Coordinate with production on delivery of trailers and video assets (review compressions, deliver files to all International teams)
• Manage and keep track of all marketing equipment (game kits, cables, etc.), maintaining a tracking sheet and checking in/out equipment to the team
• Execution of all multiplayer event plans and schedules
• Keep all creative assets organized and readily accessible
• Catalog all approved assets (art, proofs, guides, videos, advertising materials)
