Senior Software Engineer

Description

- Works in partnership with Project Lead Engineer to manage the production schedule of the Engineering team
- Prepares and executes realistic project schedules for programming team including milestones and deliverables
- Implements project tracking and scope management processes
- Oversees features for releases and milestones
- Proactively identifies risks associated with meeting project milestones; ensures necessary and appropriate steps are taken to resolve difficulties which may impede progress or compromise achievement of project’s objectives
- Manages and/or refines the software development process
- Communicates regularly with team members to track the status of tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Develop, coordinate and contribute to internal documentation processes
