JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Are you passionate about video games? Do you want to keep progressing in an exciting, young and dynamic environment? Gameloft is currently seeking a Technical Artist to our cinematics team.

Gameloft is an international developer and publisher of video games for mobile phones and consoles. Founded in 1999 and currently a leader in its sector, Gameloft distributes its games in over 75 countries.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
As part of the cinematics team, the successful candidate will take part in producing trailers for Gameloft’s latest creations. The candidate will be responsible for creating special effects elements and simulations for high-resolution cinematics.

• Help produce 3D special effects (hair, fabric, particles, physical simulations)
• Optimize scenes to prepare for submission
• Rigging / Skinning
• Help produce 3D elements
REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of 3D production pipelines
• Experience with After Effects an asset
• Proficiency in 3DS Max 2011 and Vray SP5
• Experience MaxScript programming
• Knowledge of other simulation or effects software/plugins (Real Flow, After Burn, Fume fX, PhysX, etc.)
• Able to work as part of a team
• A technical and artistic sense
