The Team:
Share your knowledge and passion for GIS with our customers around the world! As a member of our Educational Services team, you will have the opportunity to help our customers continue to learn about GIS and Esri technology, whether by teaching a class in our regional offices or developing content for a Web-based course. We are seeking dynamic individuals who are subject matter experts with an education in GIS-related fields and experience with Esri software.

Responsibilities:
Supervise event assistants in the Charlotte office and partner with Educational Services event team lead to provide direction and guidance for staff as requested by Education Training Manager.
Coordinate the delivery of Virtual Classroom learning events by providing logistical, technical, and administrative support.
Manage student/client registration process and assist customers with Virtual Classroom related inquiries by e-mail and telephone.
Assist students with initial setup and technical problems before and during class.
Coordinate with Training Services staff to schedule rehearsals and class times.
Communicate effectively with members of the Training Services team to ensure educational media content is tested and verified as suitable for online delivery.
Provide metrics and data to department and Marketing teams on trends and emerging technologies to assist with the selection and recommendation of new capabilities and infrastructure.
Interface with internal staff to perform analysis and implement changes regarding content and infrastructure improvements based on customer usability issues.
Understand technological and content restraints and effectively coordinate with Training Services staff to successfully support and deliver live events.
