Feature Animation - Layout Artist

Description

The Layout Artist will be a key member of the Layout team who will be responsible for providing Rough Layout and Final Layout for the animated feature. This will involve following direction from the Lead Layout Artist and the CG Supervisor.

* In collaboration with the Lead Layout Artist, you will be responsible for recreating in layout the cinematic pre-visualization based on the Director’s vision and prepare it for animation
* Working independently and cooperatively with supervision, responsible for the layout and set ups for all scenes.
* Tracks shot progress through entire layout and set up process.
* Participates as a team member in determining various technical and aesthetic solutions; provides feedback to other members of the production by attending dailies on a regular basis.
* Maintains or exceeds a consistent level of productivity while meeting deadlines and producing high quality work.
