Often referred to as a generalist in the industry, this person has the ability to handle all aspects of a CGI job that comes through the department. He/she must also be savvy and flexible enough to create new processes to achieve desired goals. As with all Power Creative employees, there is the expectation of continued development in the areas of job specific skills and overall contributions to the organization.
