Responsibilities

•Oversees the entire internal infrastructure of a AAA MMOG, including security, database, network infrastructure, deployment, server management, and internal tool development

•Manages the internal services group, and is responsible for the development of internal tools for customer support, game and financial metrics, and other internally-directed tools

•Manages the external web group, and is responsible for architecting and developing a robust community and marketing web site

•Manages the development of our game launcher, patcher, and client security solutions

•Manages the selection, development, and integration of our billing solution, including web-based account management and game authorization integration

•Oversees release management for game updates and patches, coordinating with NetOps and QA for review and deploy functions
