Flasher Designer

Description

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Designer is responsible for concept development, visual exploration and final execution of design directions. Designer must be able to work successfully within a team setting that includes collaboration with other team members in Creative, development, architecture, Product Management, Project Management and Engineering to ensure on brand and technically sound visual design solutions. We are looking for a candidate with broad Adobe Flash experience including varying design and animation styles. This role requires a strong capacity to design and develop motion graphic animation. Designer must have basic understanding of Actionscript and be able to articulate design direction to back-end programmers. This position serves as an expert in design theory and implementation to create designs for graphical, flash animation logo and branding creation. The Designer must be a creative thinker, well organized with detail orientated interactive design experience. Must have excellent customer service skills and possess the ability to work with customers in detailing content design.
