JOB TITLE: CG Layout Artist

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Looking for onsite CG Layout Artist. Artist will be responsible for staging shots and plotting the action that will take place within each scene. This is a full-time position with industry competitive rates. IATSE 839 classification. For the high profile DreamWorks Animation project.

JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Must be able to read storyboards
2. Setup Backgrounds, props, and Characters
3. Animate with an understanding of timing
4. Add temp effects to layout
5. Must work closely with Directors and Producers.
6. Communicate in a positive and articulate manner
7. Working to clear and defined milestones within a project and strict time constraints
8. Must be able to handle additional duties as they come up
