Join the next frontier of 2K Sports' and Visual Concepts' award-winning and market-leading franchises as a Senior Producer at VC's Shanghai, China-based studio. In this role, the successful candidate will bring proven experience and aptitude for managing a development team and serving as the primary liaison with local partners in the ongoing operation and expansion of an important and strategic sports MMO franchise being created for the Chinese and Asian markets. The successful candidate will have experience interacting with both North American and Asian teams in the video game industry, have an eye for detail, a passion for quality and a proven ability establishing, managing and meeting development and operational objectives. Responsibilities

• Manage the development of the Shanghai-based side of an important joint venture sports MMO for the Chinese market
• Manage all aspects of game production with producers, including art, programming, design, scripting, audio, production testing, internal approvals, localization and archiving
• Serve as the single point of contact between the Shanghai-based team and the California based team
• Establish development priorities and deadlines with producers/project managers
• Continuously monitor and identify risks and maintain management strategies for internal and external development
• Manage the design, creation, testing, release, operation and monetization of and content for an ongoing online franchise
