The Digital Media Program in the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design at Drexel University announces a full time, tenure track position for Program Director to begin September 1, 2012. We seek an individual with a distinguished record in digital media research and/or production, excellent teaching skills, meaningful administrative experience and strong leadership skills. In addition, we seek someone with a desire to pursue the curriculum development needed to continue evolving the Program and to address the challenges of these rapidly changing fields. The ideal candidate will also have a commitment to building collaborative relationships for research across Drexel’s schools and colleges and with industry. The program is moving towards becoming a department and the qualified candidate will be capable of being a Department Head if that transition occurs in the future. Rank is dependent on the qualifications and experience the candidate brings to the position.
