Executive Assistant

Description

Stereo D is currently looking for a diligent and resourceful Executive Assistant to join our Burbank, CA production studio.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
- Arrange travel schedule and reservations for executive management as needed
- Compile and process expense reports
- Prepare/manage production documents as required
- Convey information on behalf of the Executive team as required to other business departments
- Assist with preparation of presentation materials
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
- General office duties as assigned
