WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Kabam is looking for a hands on Development Director in a leadership role on a new game team. You will be entrusted to build a next generation online game, and the nimble technology team from the ground up. Your responsibilities include:

* Building and leading an A+ team of engineers
* Delivering high-visibility and high-quality products with tight milestones
* Driving technical road map and approach with your team
* Work with the rest of the project leadership team to build an exciting new game from concept to completion and beyond (live operations)
* Staying up-to-date with relevant technologies and proactively suggesting architecture changes and new coding practices
* Ensuring the proper tools are available for the development team
