ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain smooth operation of the IT infrastructure for a rapidly growing and exciting animation and digital content creation firm
• Provide desktop support, troubleshoot client base graphics workstations, renderfarm and back-up systems, install and update graphics and animation software
• Assist technical staff in making decisions about technical/systems development
• Assist management in the timely deployment of new systems while improving quality of IT work performed
• Act as an interface with the programming team on quality control and documentation of technical projects
