Blizzard Entertainment’s award-winning cinematics team is charged with raising the company’s creative bar with each new effort. Their fantastic video and post-production team wants to hire a video producer willing to embrace this challenge and help deliver consistently superior production on each project, every time.

The video and post-production team handles all aspects of video production here at Blizzard, including filming, creating motion graphics, capturing game footage, editing, and running some live broadcasts over the internet. The team is also responsible for digital file conversions, basic photography, and assisting and consulting on various quick-turnaround video needs for the company.

So what will you be doing as video producer? You’ll be responsible for establishing schedules, tracking project milestones, and budgets for all production activities. Communication skills are essential as you’ll be interfacing with a number of departments company-wide, coordinating with them to fulfill requests and gather assets.  True to the nature of being a producer, you’ll need to wear multiple hats at all times (not literally, unless that’s your thing) as this multi-faceted position also includes overseeing a small staff of associate producers and creating a cohesive team environment that’s focused on tight schedules, creative problem solving, and, of course, meeting that aforementioned challenge of continually helping one of the world’s finest cinematics teams elevate their game.
