SENIOR PACKAGING ENGINEER #1622277 RESPONSIBILITIES: - New product bring-up including qualification and production - Production sustaining by fixing process & quality issues - Yield and quality improvement - Cost reduction MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Shall be familiar with FC packaging and assembly including materials and process. - Need to work with offshore suppliers. - Skills are required for project management, problem solving, and good communication. - Need more than 7 year experience in packaging and assembly fields. - BS or higher degree required in material science, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering. EOE
