IT TRADESHOW SUPPORT TECH #1655762 RESPONSIBILITIES: Tradeshow Support and Service Delivery - Manage, drive and autonomously provide tradeshow system support for Marketing Tier 1-3 events such as CES, GPU Tech Conference and product launch events - Conduct system imaging, OS image prep, testing and benchmarking for various OS platforms - Must be able to collaborate with multiple business units such as Marketing, Engineering and Sales for product testing and coordination - Maintain and update asset tracking system, systems log and SharePoint site with tradeshow inventory of systems, peripherals and components - Collaborate with outside partners and vendors for system recommendations and builds - Set-up, test and troubleshoot network connectivity on ad-hoc networks/LAN at events - Test and prep systems with NVIDIA's newest technology and products - Ensure Tradeshow help requests are responded to and closed in a timely manner in accordance with IT Tradeshow SLA - Initiate IT and Tradeshow projects and process improvements System administration - Provide support, installation of hardware/software and recommendations on PC platform - Provide quick response and maximum uptime of all users and systems - Be actively involved in coordinating and testing automatic software patching and configuration tools - Discuss with users best practices for PC maintenance and performance - Must create a high level of user satisfaction through accurate timely follow-up, strong technical skills, good customer service and relationship building - Active Directory, Windows Server 2008 and Exchange knowledge to perform administration and properly route requests to the appropriate group - Must collaborate with other IT personnel/groups for escalation, knowledge transfer, joint tasks and to establish standards, procedures and projects MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - 4 year college degree or equivalent experience - 5 years of working experience in a remote office - Familiar with Furmark, 3DMark, Unigen and other PC benchmarking software programs - Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Office 2010, Office 2010, Android experience is a must, Mac experience desirable, Linux experience is desirable - Support experience within an AD environment - Support experience with Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007/2010/2013 - Experience with internal and external ITIL standards and methodologies desired - WAN/LAN, WIFI, and Remote Access (VPN) knowledge - Ability to effectively multi-task in a high activity, high-performance atmosphere - Experience with Symantec Ghost, MDT, Android and Sophos - Familiar with system building and hardware troubleshooting - MCSE, SMS and SCCM a plus - Knowledge of scripting - Creating custom Windows 7/8 install and custom software install a plus - Requires long intervals of standing and walking during on-site support - Travel required for event setup, support and teardown - Must be able to lift objects up to 50lbs on a frequent basis EOE
