As our Senior Web Designer (m/f) you will be responsible for designing web-enabled graphics for online marketing campaigns, landing pages, microsites, newsletters, emails, web apps and banners. In addition you will support the web design team’s daily efforts with your excellent graphics skills. Your role will generally focus more on artwork and graphics. You will be expected to have a sound understanding of online advertising and to communicate your knowledge to the team by providing them with feedback and giving workshops.

Your Job:

• Design web-enabled graphics for online marketing campaigns, landing pages, microsites, emails, web apps and banner campaigns
• Design and implement Flash animations
• Take responsibility for the maintenance and continual optimization of existing websites
• Provide technical support to all web designers
• Ensure that our online marketing has a consistent style (quality control)
• Support efforts to optimize processes within the art department
• Devise and introduce new design concepts and create mock-ups

Your Profile:

• Several years’ professional experience in creating and designing graphics for online marketing campaigns, landing pages, microsites etc.
• Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• A sound understanding of conversion and marketing techniques
• An excellent understanding of advertising
• Experience in designing web apps
• Well-versed in Flash animation
• A good understanding of user experience and user journey is desirable
• Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
• Very good organizational and communication skills
• Some experience in giving workshops or training staff would be advantageous
• Good written and spoken English
• Passion for gaming
• A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
