As our Lead Conversion (m/f) you will manage and develop your team. You will also be responsible for the most important KPIs relating to our digital advertising material such as banners and landing pages for both desktop and mobile products. Whether dealing with click-through rate or conversion rate, you will be expected to approach your role with analytical flair and creative problem-solving skills.

Your job:

  • Manage and develop your team in both technical and personnel matters
  • Take responsibility for our KPIs and monitor them using our tracking technologies and tools
  • Identify weaknesses and optimize processes and marketing material
  • Monitor market trends and our competitors
  • Design, manage, and ensure quality assurance on qualitative and quantitative tests and analyses
  • Develop recommended courses of action and optimization measures in collaboration with our Head of Conversion and other relevant parties

Your profile:

  • A successfully completed degree (digital media, media IT, economic sciences, psychology, marketing or similar)
  • Relevant experience in empirically testing digital advertising material (banners, landing pages, emails) and conversion optimization
  • Experience in managing and developing a team
  • Experience with established testing and tracking tools would be ideal
  • Experience in performance marketing and working with Adwords is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
