Senior Payment Manager (m/f)

As our Senior Payment Manager (m/f) you will play a decisive and authoritative role in the ongoing development of our payment department. Your tasks range from developing our portfolio to target-oriented communication with other internal departments, to developing a risk management system.

Your Job:

  • Manage our payment system portfolio and work on acquiring new partners as well as further developing existing business relationships
  • Integrate the economic and technical targets in our payment department and develop strategies to achieve these targets
  • Work closely with our rollout team as well as our product and project managers to evaluate relevant developments regarding new games and markets
  • Conduct market research and competition analysis and implement the resulting conclusions, e.g. introducing new payment methods
  • Develop and implement a policy for risk management
  • Research ways to automate payment processes

Your Profile:

  • Knowledge of business-to-customer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) payment portals
  • Comprehensive understanding and technical expertise in payment integration in the web and mobile sectors
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to changing priorities and structures, as well as experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders (matrix structure)
  • Developed mathematical and analytical understanding and strong communication skills
  • Team skills and an independent and reliable working approach
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, SQL skills are advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken German or English – other languages are an advantage
  • A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
