Payment Manager (m/f)

As a Payment Manager (m/f) you will be responsible for the payment system of our online games, and for its further development. You will also work together with our CRM department to develop preventative measures against fraudulent transactions.

Your Job:

  • Develop and implement global and market-specific payment strategies based on past practical experience
  • Develop and manage our business links with payment solution providers
  • Evaluate secure payment methods and coordinate their technical implementation
  • Collaborate closely with our project managers and the monetization and rollout departments when bringing out new games or introducing them to new markets
  • Investigate, document and resolve suspicious activities and fraudulent transactions in our online games, and implement countermeasures
  • Develop and optimize anti-fraud measures

Your Profile:

  • Good knowledge in the field of payment and e-commerce
  • Experience of account management and ideally experience in accounting
  • Ideally some knowledge of the gaming industry
  • Outstanding ability to think analytically and work with numbers
  • Team skills and an independent and reliable working approach
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel (required), SQL skills are advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken English or German – other languages are an advantage
  • A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
