As our Lead International Rollout – Market Research (m/f) you will manage and develop the market research team in the Rollout department in both technical and personnel matters. The team is responsible for preparing our top games conceptually and in terms of content for entry into new markets in various countries. With your team you will research diverse aspects of the target markets (culture, payment, legal issues etc.), collate the resulting information, and use this as a basis for developing our market entry strategy.

Your job:

  • Manage and develop the (at present) three-person team in both technical and personnel matters
  • Evaluate and develop the team’s work (plan and coordinate country-specific market and competition analyses; work on market entry strategies)
  • Take responsibility for knowledge management and knowledge transfer
  • Optimize processes and structures within your team
  • Report to the Director for International Rollout and collaborate closely with other team leads (game research, payment, business development, marketing)
  • Assist with recruiting and with the further development of the team: interview candidates and evaluate performance
  • Play a key role in shaping the development of a growing department

Your profile:

  • Several years’ relevant professional experience in research, market analysis and/or market entry strategy in e-business
  • Some managerial experience and excellent communication skills
  • Strong conceptual skills that will help develop the team both strategically and operationally
  • Able to think economically, with a pragmatic working style and outstanding analytical skills
  • A completed university-level degree in a relevant area
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
