Art-Manager (m/w)

As our Art-Manager (m/f) you will mainly be responsible for allocating resources for our art department. You will make sure that production pipelines are adhered to and will coordinate deadlines.

Your job:

  • Support efforts to establish and optimize production pipelines and increase the efficiency of our internal workflows
  • Design and develop approval pipelines
  • Collaborate closely with our Head of Art, the leads of our art teams (concept art, 3D art, 2D art, illustration, online marketing art and print) and internal clients (e. g. production teams, HR, conversion)
  • Supervise budgeting on a continuous basis
  • Allocate resources within the art department in consultation with internal clients
  • Manage external service providers as needed

Your profile:

  • A completed university-level degree, preferably in business studies, logistics or IT
  • Some experience with agile development methods
  • Experience with JIRA or other issue tracking software
  • Some experience in the gaming industry is advantageous
  • Outstanding organization and problem-solving ability
  • Eager to get to know art production as a field
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Passion for gaming
