JOB TITLE:                                            Production Manager

REPORTING TO:                                Producer            

Summary of the Role:

Brown Bag Films is recruiting for the position of Production Manager in their Dublin studios

Working in a busy creative environment, the successful candidate will be working on a new high profile 52 episode X 11 minute pre-school series for a global children’s channel.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a detailed weekly report  for the production of the series and the individual departments

·         Manage the weekly visual asset deliveries

• Ensure the production team understand the goals and deadlines of each assignment and key milestone deliveries
• Help to plan and troubleshoot the pipeline for the production

• Plan with the available resources to optimise the efficiency of each department in line with the schedule

·         Communicate clearly and regularly with Series Producer, Technical Director and Creative Team on the production status

Person Specification/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing Series or Feature Film Animation productions

• Strong experience in scheduling and managing teams across multiple departments

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Capable of motivating and leading teams with enthusiasm
• Comfortable in working to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particularly Excel (required)
• Knowledge of asset tracking and data base software
