The SCAD illustration department teaches students to use
traditional and new media to illustrate concepts and characters that elevate
messages and add a human dimension to tell stories. Join the team that nurtures

Requirements:
- Terminal degree, or its equivalent, in illustration or
a related field
- College-level teaching experience
- Published credentials, accolades and industry
recognition
- Ability to work with students and faculty of diverse
backgrounds
- Experience producing illustration in both traditional
and digital media
- Strong drawing skills
- Unique style, aesthetic, and viewpoint
- Ability to encourage experimentation and help students
generate work in a range of styles and media
- Knowledge of the history of illustration
Courses of study are registered with the Hong Kong
Education Bureau, registration numbers: 261958-261971 and 262196-262202. It is
a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognize any qualification
