As our Team Lead Corporate Art Digital (m/f), you will be responsible for the management of our digital corporate art department. You will work in close collaboration with the team lead from the print department to take responsibility for the planning, creation, and particularly the upkeep of our online advertising.

Your job:

Manage our corporate art team in both personnel and technical matters regarding digital media

Devise and implement landing pages, microsites, online advertisements, and web apps

Oversee the art of the entire digital corporate art department and ensure that our corporate identity is always upheld

Guide and nurture our corporate designers at all career levels, and lead development and feedback meetings

Take responsibility for organizational and administrative matters within the digital corporate art department

Your profile:

Completed training in media design or a similar background

Several years of professional experience in creating and maintaining web apps, as well as in devising and implementing content for landing pages, microsites, etc.

Some experience in managing smaller teams, and ideally you are a qualified trainer

Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS

Very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, knowledge of Flash is advantageous

A good eye for the maintaining our corporate identity

A working approach focused on results and details

Passion for gaming desirable- Good written and spoken English
